Tapas On The Green

Tapas on the green is a multicuisine restaurant with a menu that comprises of Nigerian, Chinese and Indian cuisine.⁣

I was more curious about trying out their Indian menu because we don’t have a lot of Indian restaurants in Abuja and I was not disappointed at all.

Tried out The Mixed Platter, Lamb Biryani, Butter Chicken and Garlic Nan with my girl @folabulous ⁣

I totally enjoyed the food here especially the lamb biryani. The lamb was really tender and the rice was perfectly seasoned.

The mixed platter is served in a sizzling hot tray (swipe for video) and in it there is Tandoori chicken, chicken seekh kebab and afghani paired with mint sauce and chili sauce. It’s a really nice platter to order if you love chicken and yes they were really nice and well spiced but my favorite from the platter would be the chicken seekh kebab, it tasted really good.

What’s an Indian dish without nan bread? We ordered the garlic nan to go with the butter chicken. I only had an issue with the nan being a bit dry but it wasn’t bad at all and I loved it with the butter chicken, the chicken was really tender and the sauce tasted good.

The service was great here and it’s definitely a place I’ll be visiting again. ⁣

If you need a place for Indian food I’m glad to tell you guys @tapasonthegreen serves amazing Indian dishes. ⁣
