Things To Do at The National Children’s Park and Zoo, Abuja

It was a beautiful day in the city of Abuja! So I headed to the National Park and Zoo for a picnic with Waka_waka_nnenna Winnieahupa Hotperidot Abujafoodplug.

The park is very serene and quiet! Quite low key actually. We were in the park for hours and only spotted a few people. It also offers a stunning waterfront view of Aso Rock

Of course what’s a picnic without food. This park allows you to bring food in. We had the tastiest Spicy Beef Pizza and small chops platter from Whitneys_fnc, as content creators the food was eaten cold (pictures first) but the pizza especially was so tasty! I’ll post a full review later but the small chops platter was N6,000 and the pizza N3,000

We also had a different chicken platters from Downtowngrillng, the seasoning on all the chicken combos was lit, the chicken was tender too. These guys know how to season chicken o, so tasty! Stay ready for a more detailed review shortly 😉

The Park and Zoo is located along the Asokoro Expressway inside an Army Barrack. The Park can be accessed from Wu Bassey Barracks or the next barracks after. Entry costs N400 for adults and N200 for children.
