Seven Bistro
SEVEN BISTRO:
Sevenbistrong is a very cozy restaurant located in Kampala Street Wuse 2. We recently stopped by for the ongoing Restaurant Week. We had lunch at the 10k discounted offer for two people (total 20k). This offer comes with a 3 course meal, this is 1 appetizer, 1 main dish and a dessert.
We had:
Chicken Lolipop
Fish Strips
Owambe
Cajun Chicken
Lemon Cake and Ice Cream
We especially loved the Cajun chicken, this was so tasty! The chicken was tender and well spiced, the seasoning really entered the meat o! We also loved that it came with potatoes. Now the owambe Jollof was actually really tasty, but it didn’t have the expected party rice taste. It actually tasted more like pilaf rice, given it’s very sweet taste. The Beef Suya (not the typical suya) did balance it out though.
We then finished off with lemon cake and ice cream. This worked! The cake wasn’t exactly moist but the ice cream definitely elevated this dessert.
The service was pleasant, food came out in good time. The environment is lovely, we sat by the windows which offered a lovely view of the street.
The Restaurant Week by Mastercardmea Lostinabuja12 Heinekenng ends this Sunday, do check it out. Sevenbistrong is a cool place to stop by.
P.S. This restaurant is a good breakfast spot (swipe for menu) and they have karaoke every Wednesday.
