THE GLASS RESIDENCE (Gidan_ka)
This is a new serviced apartment located in Jabi. They offer both short and long stays. The rooms range from N55k – N80k per night.
The studio rooms at the glass residence come with small kitchenettes. While the one bedroom apartments come with kitchens.
Rooms come with access to the following facilities:
– Wifi
– Pool (wasn’t open when I visited)
– Workspace, this goes for N5k per day, comes with WiFi
– Gym
– Boardroom
– Bicycle (there a two available)
The apartment also has an in-house restaurant. There are different views, one of which is a 360 glass house. There is also an upstairs outdoor area with a pretty picture gallery. Then there’s a lounge.
I spent a night at the residence. The rooms have these really cool lights. I like the modern look of the furniture. There’s also somewhat of a homely Nigerian element to the rooms too, might be the bedsheets 
The room I stayed in also had a view of the pool. Though sadly the sheer curtains could not be moved. Overall, a few things need some touch ups, it’s a new spots. It’s a good start nevertheless. The space is very instagramable and clean.
