Reddishchronicles by Chefstoneofficial is the number one culinary school in Nigeria! It’s been around since 2013. They have two campuses, one in Abuja and Lagos.
I recently stopped by the Abuja campus and I’m excited to give you this tour! First of, the campus was very artistically colourful and bright. The classrooms were also well equipped with various kitchen facilities and equipment. Call me a foodie but everywhere smelled liked good food and spices, as expected?
Fun fact, the name Red Dish was inspired by Chef Stone’s constant use of Red themed cutlery and dishes.
The school offers courses teaching culinary arts in Continental, African, Dessert, French Pastries and so much more. They also offer Professional Chef Diplomas. Courses start from as low as N120,000.
