SKIPPERS FAST FOOD:

Because sometimes you just want good food without having to break the bank or risk washing plates 😂. And Skippersng is a restaurant that ticks those boxes.

Located in 169 Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent Wuse II, this restaurant serves continental and Nigerian dishes, pastries and snacks.

FOOD
I stopped by the other day for lunch with my fellow foodies and it was a feast! Here’s breakdown of some of the food we had:

The special fried rice and ofada were my top favorites! The fried rice was tasty and the vegetables crunchy. I loved the texture of the rice used too. The spicy chicken was the perfect add on and it was so well seasoned. I wish it was spicer. Now I may be a little biased given that I’m of the opinion that ofada is bae but I enjoyed the ofada rice and sauce, it really was a great deal for the price. I also enjoyed the small chops, especially the spring rolls and puff puff. I do wish the shell of the spring roll was crunchier but nonetheless it was very well seasoned. The puff puff also had a slight taste of onions, I’m usually not a fan of this but I really liked this puff puff for some reason. My friends had the swallow and they loved it!

AMBIANCE
The space is very clean, bright and well lit to eat in. They also have a VIP seating area which I thought was a nice touch.

Overall Skippersng is a great place for good food at good prices! Good home-cooked-style food too which makes it a perfect stop for lunch breaks! They deliver too!

Btw This restaurant is coming all the way from Port Harcourt and I hear that over there, their bread and moi moi are top favorites. I didn’t get to try the moi moi but I had the bread and it was nice. Any PH people on here, do let us know.
