4 SISTAS RESTAURANT:

4 Sistas Restaurant Abuja

4sistasabuja is a new restaurant in town. It is literally owned by four sisters! They serve a wide range of food from local Nigerian food to continental. What I especially love about this spot is the view of Ademola Adetokunbo from above, it’s especially beautiful at sunset.

My top favorite was the Buffalo wings. The chicken was coated in a very well seasoned layer of flour, the sauce served on it was very tasty too. This dish paired very nicely with the Jollof rice. While the Jollof rice had more of an Oyinbo flavor, it still worked. What I especially loved about the rice was the abundance of onions. Now the Caribbean golden prawn was served with a mango chutney and pineapple salsa. This for me was an acquired taste, I loved the prawns and the pineapple but I’ve never had bananas with prawns so this was an interesting dish. The lemonade was a hit! Food could come out a lot sooner though.

I really liked the ambiance of 4sistasabuja, especially the wooden furniture. I also liked the personal touch the four sisters added with several of their portraits on the walls. The bathrooms were very pretty too! Definitely take your instagramable picture at the bathroom entrance with the two trees on the side. The kitchen is also open, so for those particular about how your food is prepped here you go. I noticed that they are still working on their bar, I look forward to seeing this once it’s done.
