Sequence Lounge, Abuja
SEQUENCE LOUNGE
I recently hung out with fellow bloggers Sequence_lounge, this is a restaurant, lounge and bar. This spot is sorta new and should I say low-key, low-key because the entrance of this place gives nothing away.
Here’s how it went!
FOOD
As I said before Sequence_lounge is no ordinary lounge, they serve amazing continental dishes, I didn’t expect this at all! We had:
The Sequence special rice N6,500
Whole Grilled Croaker Fish and Fries N12,500
Beef Kebab N9,500
Chicken Curry N4,000
Grilled Lamb N9,500
The special fried rice was everyone’s favorite and mine too. You just have to try it to understand! The rice was well flavored and packed with meat and I mean meats! The grilled fish was well seasoned too, I tasted parsley especially, this is definitely not your bukka style fish, this was way better! Both the mashed potatoes and steamed potato dishes were amazing! I especially loved the steamed potatoes for the seasoning. The beef kebab and chicken curry were tender and flavored. The Lamb was alright but my least favourite.
I also had the strawberry daiquiri for N3,000, I liked it. I especially loved the size, it took me through my meal and even after!
Food is not cheap though so please come prepared. It’s worth it 😉
AMBIANCE
Ever little corner of this spot boasts of an amazing attention to detail. From the luxe ceiling lights which are actually made from ceramic plates and change according to the mood (check out my reels to see), to the wooden furnishing and cubicle seating style, which offers privacy. There are even charging spots below the seats! Truly this place is stunning and is true to its name! There is a faint smell of cigarettes that takes some getting used to though.
Sequence_lounge also offers Karaoke on Tuesday and Saturday. They open at 10am and close at midnight!
Location: No 4 Salt Lake Street, off Gana Street Maitama Abuja
This spot is definitely worth checking out! Will you be checking it out?
