Santorini Abuja
This review has been sitting in my draft for some weeks now but I’ve had a hard time coming up with the best way to share my review. Let’s just say this is the most underwhelming meal I’ve had in Abuja recently for a new restaurant.
I visited Santorini_abuja some weeks back shortly after they launched but their menu seemed quite confusing so I decided to go for their stuffed chicken and Santorini special rice, I mean if it’s a special it should bang right?
But nothing about my order stood out, from the stuffed chicken to the special rice. I also felt they didn’t do justice to the presentation.
There was nothing really special about the rice in my opinion, it tasted so bare like normal fried rice, I only started enjoying it a little when I added a bit of chili sauce. The prawns were ok I didn’t really have any complains about that.
The stuffed chicken on the other hand had a poor presentation and it didn’t look inviting to me, as for the taste I didn’t know how to process it.
It’s either my tastebuds have high taste or I had really high expectations.

I must commend their service, the waitresses were very pleasant and friendly.

Let’s just say bloggers deserve more credit than we get. The ambience is alright but looks a lot better at night. Also, I think the management should consider the entrance to the Cafe, I don’t understand the rationale behind the step before you enter. I almost fell twice and I noticed someone else almost tripped.
Been to Santorini? I’ll like to know your experience and what you ordered, might decide to give it another try.
