If you are plantain lover, do like this 
I knew it was only a matter of time before a Restaurant/Nigerian Chef would add Plantain or Akara Burger to their menu.
I went to taste @cafedeelyontravels Jerk Chicken Plantain Burger with @opeyemifamakin and @thepamilerin last Sunday and they accused me of arriving late 
I had 3 different cocktails and my favorite was the RAINBOW

HONEST THOUGHTS
Definitely a twist I’d say. The plantain adds a kick of sweetness to the burger and that balances out the rest of the ingredients.
I’ve stated many times how I’m here for incorporating Nigeria 
into foreign cuisines and I’m here for this.
