I knew it was only a matter of time before a Restaurant/Nigerian Chef would add Plantain or Akara Burger to their menu.
I went to taste @cafedeelyontravels Jerk Chicken Plantain Burger with @opeyemifamakin and @thepamilerin last Sunday and they accused me of arriving late 🙃🙃
I had 3 different cocktails and my favorite was the RAINBOW 🌈 KISS 😁
HONEST THOUGHTS
Definitely a twist I’d say. The plantain adds a kick of sweetness to the burger and that balances out the rest of the ingredients.
I’ve stated many times how I’m here for incorporating Nigeria 🇳🇬 into foreign cuisines and I’m here for this.
