Executivedevelopmentcentre is a facility that offers workspaces, meeting rooms, syndicate rooms and seminar rooms at very affordable prices! Their rates are actually less expensive than the traditional office spaces.

I took a tour of their space recently. It’s open to creatives, freelancers, business owners, and startups for booking. The space is available for use on an hourly, daily, weekly and monthly basis. Prices go from as low as N2,500 per hour to N18,000 per day. It all depends on the room type and duration. Here you can also hold events, conferences, exhibitions and so much more.
