Gusto Lagos is located on Victoria Island lagos. It’s an Asian restaurant that serves Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
They have other branches in Abuja and Kano but I will be reviewing their Lagos branch.
The ambiance is very serene although not a very large space, the outdoor section is made of wooden chairs and tables, giving it this picnic-at-the-park-but-not-on-grass vibes.
The indoor section ambiance is minimalist with class. There is also a section where you sit and “watch the chef cook your food”.
It’s ideal for family hangouts, especially if your dad is going to do the spending 
because the menu is quite pricey. Also ideal for dinner dates and a few friends hanging out.
In my opinion, the restaurant is over-hyped, the meals are great don’t get me wrong, it fits perfectly for fine dining. The services rendered were mid or maybe because I went with so many expectations due to all I hear about the restaurant before visiting.
It was one place I ate and was still hungry as the number of meals was rather small compared to the price. Best place for very light eaters.
I love the fact the waiters know their meals!
My waiter could tell how every meal is being prepared, and the ingredients of every meal. They pay attention to detail and go as far as asking for allergies, which is a plus in my books just doing the extras

One thing that still baffles me is that this restaurant charges for “LAGOS MONEY”
. Tbh, it was tagged Lagos money. That is after charging you for your meal, they charge for other taxes, but they still went ahead to charge for Lagos money, omo e shock me. I will look for the receipt and include it in one of my posts. It’s funny how all these restaurants get away with all these things.
