Lagos Marriot Hotel, Ikeja Lagos

Lagos Marriot Hotel is located at 122, Joel Ogunnaike Street Ikeja GRA. It’s one cool place I enjoyed visiting. The hotel is Amazing, Beautiful, Classy, every good thing! It’s so serene you will forget you are in “busy Lagos”. Great place for business meetings and any kind of party, the hotel is just too beautiful and relaxing?.

The cool breeze from the fountain at the entrance will first blow away any moody feeling you brought in.
The underground parking lot is an added advantage.

The lobby is a sight to behold! The restroom alone na 5 star, mirror selfies are lit, everything is automated. Omo, they finished work for this hotel. The day I visited, everyone was so friendly; the staff, even the guests and lodgers. The hotel also offers spa services ?.

I will recommend this place for couples looking for hotels to lodge for their wedding, also if you don’t want to travel out of the country, it’s a chilled spot for a honeymoon/relaxation. Although, lodging here is quite expensive but worth it.

Now to the restaurant, you don’t need to lodge at the hotel to access their restaurant as they allow walk-ins. They have two sections, the enclosed restaurant and the open restaurant by the pool. I had to stay at the open one by the pool so I could enjoy the view and allow natural lights to enhance my pictures?.

Although the restaurant by the pool is quite small compared to the enclosed, if you want to have a large party, I will recommend the enclosed restaurant.

For the food, I will give them 6/10. The seafood especially the calamari was bland, wasn’t well seasoned. The pizza wasn’t giving me that kick, was just there really. The sandwich and fries were really good. Although the meals were quite pricey but mehn, the place is too beautiful that you will overlook the price?.
