The Purple Bistro Lagos
I love mainland restaurants/bars that are affordable and still give us the same feeling our UNCLE and AUNTY island restaurants will give you (when it comes to the food) but with a gun to your neck 😂😂
I visited Purplebistrolagos, I must say their food was worth the hype. Beautiful space, not so big but it’s in the right location. The only issues I had was with the service I must say cos I practically left there angry at the waitress. About 3 other of my followers also have the same complain about the service but well, we can let it slide when the food is amazing.

REVIEW:
PRESENTATION: beautifully presented, well arranged, very fine. I had no cause to complain about it. From the table arrangement to the food arrangement on the plate, which is something I take very seriously, it was proper 💯.
GRILLED BBQ CHICKEN & FRIES: You see this their BBQ CHICKEN, that’s a banger‼️ The sauce got to every part of the chicken, it settled in properly making the chicken really juicy and tasty 😋 (I’m salivating again 🥺). It’s a must have when you visit. I love how the fries was crunchy from the outside.
SEAFOOD PASTA : delicious, tasty, professionally cooked cos I like how the paster wasn’t gummy and the amount of spicing was moderate, it tasted proper. Their seafood paster just joined the list of my best seafood paster although the seafoods inside wasn’t complete, it’s a must have when you visit.
JOLLOF RICE, PLANTAIN, GIZZARD: take a look at that sexy looking plantain, yes very sexy and tasty too. Plantain is a must have in every meal. Their jollof rice was correct 💯 and the gizzard was soft and really juicy, I love the pepper feel.
PASTA IN ROASTED BELL PEPPER: another banger ‼️ Well decorated, beautiful looking dish, tasty and very inviting, you may end up ordering an extra plate 🤤.
I have to compliment Purplebistrolagos for their food size, they didn’t serve us food like we are begging for the food.
