Had the meanest steak at Vertigolagos 🤤
I am always scared of ordering steak because I feel a lot of restaurants never get it right so when I visited Vertigo I decided to give it a try. I enjoyed my meal and the steak was big enough to feed even 4 people (except you consume a lot). I wasn’t interested in the mushroom because I can’t stand it so I didn’t try it but it comes with the meal.
I’m not quite sure the garlic is supposed to be that dry but I’ve watched a lot of food/recipe videos online to find it weird, I thought it would be juicy of some sort (correct me if I’m wrong).
I love the ambience here, it’s very calm and chilled and they have such a beautiful view from the rooftop.
In terms of affordability, this restaurant is not cheap at all so come prepared. I’m sure Lagos people are used to this but the Abuja babe in me cringed when I saw the menu especially when I saw cocktail for 8,000 and steak a little over minimum wage 🥴
But if you want to splurge and have a good time this is a great spot.
