Why I need a refund from Buttermilk

First of all…..
They took over 45 minutes to get the food ready and then I was there hungry and wishing I had eaten rice at home before coming out 🤡.
𝗔𝗠𝗕𝗜𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘/𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗨
The space is very neat and beautiful although there seems to be a bit of plagiarism with their interior, the writing on their wall and their menu. Even if I understand that they could have been inspired by how the other restaurant managed a small space, that writing on the wall could have been anything else asides “𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙗𝙫𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚”. Except of course they are both under the same management.

For a restaurant at the mall, I was surprised when they said they neither had drinks, smoothies nor milkshakes. (My dietician better not come for me). Only water!
When it came to the food, I watched the customers that the waiters asked “𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥?” complain one after another.

1️⃣ The mac ‘n’ cheese was way too salty. I could have sworn that lots wife made her debut in that kitchen.
2️⃣ The beef patty in the burger was stale and cold, almost as if it had been prepared days before.

I think they need to go back to thier value proposition and think about what they truly want for themselves BUT BEFORE THEY DO THAT, I NEED A REFUND!!! OF MY CALORIE COUNT 😩😩😩
